These terms govern the use of Presentation Help services for PowerPoint and PDF presentation design and editing. By submitting a request, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Services
Presentation Help provides design and editing support for PowerPoint presentations and PDF slides, including new deck creation, redesigns, formatting improvements, and chart and data visualisation. Service scope and pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the request.
Payment
Projects start from £10. You will only be asked to pay once you confirm you are satisfied with the proposed work. No upfront payment is required.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as part of the service. The scope of revisions will be agreed at the start of each project.
File uploads
If you upload a presentation file or other document, it is used solely to complete your project. Uploaded files are retained only as long as necessary, unless you agree otherwise. Please ensure you keep backups of any original files before sharing them.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, a clear brief, and any files or brand assets needed to complete the work. You confirm that any content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual property
Once payment is received, full ownership of the delivered presentation files is transferred to you. Presentation Help retains no rights to the final work.
Liability
Presentation Help is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of delivered files or provided guidance. The service is intended to assist with presentation design and not to guarantee specific business outcomes.

These terms may be updated over time. The current version will always be available on this page.
